Gestern standen noch lockere 23 km Rad an und der Pool wurde für den Herbst abgebaut. So richtig gelohnt hatte sich das Ding m.E. eher nicht dieses Jahr

Entweder steht Allergie oder beginnender Schnupfen an. Training lief aber dennoch easy und war mehr, als als Erholung geplant

Beim Rucking gibt es übrigens einen Wechsel vom 21er auf den 15 Liter. Der sollte meiner "hünenhaften" Rückenlänge besser passen.
