Die Nacht war eher so lala... Zu viel Sturm und Regen knallte auf die Jalousien.
Die Pyramide zu entzerren war auch eher weniger klug. Das war ja fast noch schlimmer und dauerte länger.
Aber die Wiederholungen in Summe sahen sicher schöner aus...
Plan für nächstes Mal:
Eindeutig das Gewicht reduzieren in den Pyramiden und (vermutlich) die Wiederholungen erhöhen.
Ansonsten bin ich zu sehr an der Grenze meiner derzeitigen Regenerationsmöglichkeiten. Und wenn ich auf eines keine Lust habe, dann sind das Pausentage
Eigentlich habe ich frei und wollte so 30-50 km Rad fahren.
