Das Training war so schon länger geplant und heute war es dann so weit.
Ich bin mir aber irgendwie ziemlich sicher, dass ich das Volumen dieses Jahr nur noch schwer in 90 Minuten toppen kann und das neue Benchmark ist. Der Nächste Schritt wäre dann die 13,6 kg Weste.
Von der Kraft wäre es zwar schon heute drin, aber sicher nicht in der Zeit. Da wären dann schon längere Pausen fällig und 90 Minuten sind die Time Cap
Ca 25:55 min für die 10 Super Sätze - Unbroken ohne Pausen.
Anschließend munter weiter geballert. Aber es war schon heftig
