Hab das zwar genau anders rum, also nicht Patella, sondern am Ansatz der Quadsehne, also oberhalb Knie nicht unterhalb wie bei der Patellasehne, aber die Rehabilitation von Beidem ist wohl ohnehin sehr ähnlich, von daher passt das schon so in etwa

Laut Bill Starr (auf dessen Meinung Ich viel gebe), gilt der Übertrag nur(!) wenn man die weighted Dips kerzengerade und Trizepsbetont macht. Also kein hin und her pendeln, keine ruckartigen Bewegungen, kein vorlehnen etc.
