Kleine Änderungen am Plan. Weniger Pronation - dafür mehr Curl volumen, sollte langfristig gesünder fürs Handgelenk sein + zusätzlich kommt jetzt wieder Tischtraining alle 14 Tage dazu, was ohnehin das beste Pronationstraining ist.
