"Trick" ist die SSB Stange "verkehrt" vorne aufzunehmen so drückt sie zum Hals und man hat ein bisschen "Spielraum" ohne das die Hantel gleich anfängt zu rollen, trotzdem beugte man wie bei FSQ durch die Quads.Sorrow66 hat geschrieben: zum Beitrag navigieren14. Die Stange verlagert den Schwerpunkt im Vergleich zum regulären frontsquat etwas nach hinten.
Liegt das dann vom gefühl schon zwischen regulären SSB und Frontsquats?
Rutscht die Stange auf den Schultern nicht nach vorne ab?
